ELECTIONS WILL NOT REDUCE DRUG FLOW FROM AFGHANISTAN –IVANOV

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said that the parliamentary elections held in Afghanistan will not lessen the drug threat coming from that country. \"It\'s clear that the Afghan parliamentary elections will not improve the situation in this sphere,\" Ivanov said during President Vladimir Putin\'s meeting with the Cabinet on Monday.
