Russian peacekeepers guarantee stability in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, according to the leaders of the two breakaway Georgian provinces. \"We value Russia\'s peacekeeping mission in the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict zone highly. Russian peacekeepers are guarantors of the stability of the situation in the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict zone, and their withdrawal could only lead to a deterioration in the situation,\" Abkhaz President Sergei Bagapsh told Interfax on Friday.
