A second group of officials from the Russian Prosecutor General's office has arrived in Georgia to negotiate the extradition of 13 Chechens apprehended after illegally entering Georgia from Russia. Georgia provided the Russian officials with photographs and detailed descriptions of the 13 men to facilitate their identification. But the process of establishing who they are and whether or not they have committed any crimes is likely to be long and complicated, Georgian National Security Committee Secretary Tedo Djaparidze told journalists on 9 August.
