The Lithuanian Constitutional Court has upheld the legality of the rules the national secret services referred to in their demand to close down the Kavkaz Center website run by Chechen separatists on Lithuanian territory, court press secretary Ramune Sakalauskaite told Interfax on Monday. \"The Lithuanian government\'s rules of control and limitations on the distribution of information through the Internet do not contradict the constitution and the media law,\" the court said.
