Baku is to submit an action plan under the New Neighborhood policies to the European Union soon, Ashraf Shikhaliyev, head of the Azeri Foreign Ministry\'s Economic Relations and Development Department, has announced. We\'ll send an action plan under the New Neighborhood program, listing our priorities in cooperation with the European Union, to Brussels within ten days, Shikhaliyev told an international conference on Azerbaijan\'s economic development in Baku on Saturday.
