Georgia\'s recognition of the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia is the easiest way to settle the Georgian-Ossetian and Georgian-Abkhaz conflicts, President of the unrecognized republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity told Interfax on Monday. \"I make an official offer to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to recognize the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
