Turkish Energy Minister Hilmi Guler has confirmed that Turkey and Turkmenistan are holding talks on the construction of a trans-Caspian natural gas pipeline. Guler said, \"We will go on [with] negotiations with Ashgabat on implementation of the trans-Caspian gas pipeline project.
