Four people were killed and two others seriously wounded in an attack on a privately-owned jeep in Chechnya, a local law enforcement source told Interfax Saturday. \"Unidentified people fired small arms at an UAZ car on a dirt road between the villages of Dubovskaya and Kargalinovskaya in the Shelkovskaya district.
