Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is studying the possibility to deliver water of Siberian rivers to the Central Asian region. \"I have been raising the issue recently,\" Nazarbayev said at a joint press conference with Uzbek President Islam Karimov in Astana on Monday.
