RUSSIAN OFFICERS DETAINED IN GEORGIA HANDED OVER TO OSCE HEAD

The four Russian officers detained in Georgia on espionage charges have been handed over to Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Chairman-in-Office Karel de Gucht.
