Kyrgyz opposition leaders have claimed that Prime Minister Felix Kulov banned their appearance live on national TV on Friday evening, but the government press service denied the claim. \"Prime Minister Felix Kulov has not issued an instruction barring opposition leaders from appearing live on state television,\" the government press service told Interfax on Friday evening.
