At the coming summit in Moscow the Presidents of the USA and Russia, George Bush and Vladimir Putin, plan to sign a new ABM Treaty which will show that both countries have left the heritage of the Cold War behind and open by this document a new era in their relations. This was stated on Monday in Washington by US President\'s adviser for national security Condoleezza Rice.
