The session of intergovernmental working group of Kyrgyzstan on preparation of documents on creation of Regional antiterrorist structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Organization Cooperation was held in Bishkek. Askar Mameev, the deputy Secretary of the Kyrgyz Security Council, chaired the meeting.
