Russian presidential envoy to the Southern Federal District Viktor Kazantsev and Chechen administration head Akhmed-hadji Kadyrov on 15 January both condemned the reported attack by drunken Russian troops the previous day on a bus traveling between Grozny and Gudermes. The driver was reportedly killed and four passengers injured in the shooting.
