Georgia\'s ambassador to the UN, Revaz Adamia, sent a letter to the UN Security Council on 30 January arguing that recent Russian policy toward Abkhazia demonstrates that Russia cannot act as an objective mediator in the Abkhaz conflict, RFE/RL\'s UN correspondent reported.
