Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told journalists in Yerevan on 20 March that \"we regret that diplomacy has produced no positive results and that Iraq\'s disarmament is not occurring peacefully,\" RFE/RL\'s Yerevan bureau reported. He added that the Armenian leadership sees no point in either supporting or opposing the war, but merely hopes that it will end swiftly and without inflicting undue suffering on the Iraqi people.
