The leaders of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan will formally sign the new Treaty on Collective Security in Dushanbe on 28 April, \"Nezavisimaya gazeta\" reported on 21 April. The alliance will be known as the Organization of the Treaty on Collective Security (ODKB).
