Abkhaz Foreign Minister Sergei Shamba has told Apsnipress that the Georgian leadership\'s proposal to establish a joint Georgian-Abkhaz administration under the UN aegis in Abkhazia\'s southernmost Gali Raion concurrently with the repatriation to Gali of Georgian displaced persons is unacceptable.
