The Georgian president Edward Shewardnadze stated in his traditional Monday radio interview that information that the Abkhaz fighters entered Georgian controlled Kodori gorge corresponds reality. The president’s Representative in Kodori gorge informed that up to 100 Russian soldiers and Abkhaz fighters entered the upper Kodori, violating the agreement on demilitarization of the Kodori gorge.
