Meeting on 24 March with Russian government ministers, President Putin said the previous day\'s referendum in Chechnya \"resolved the last serious problem relating to Russia\'s territorial integrity,\" Russian media reported. According to official data, Chechen voters overwhelmingly endorsed a new draft constitution that defines Chechnya as an integral part of the Russian Federation.
